The Free edition

The Free edition may be used for personal and business purposes at no charge. Some tools have daily or size limits, which the app shows.

Pro keys

• A Pro key is a licence to use the Pro tools for the period stated when it was issued (for example 90 days).
• Pro is available on inquiry: email us and we will tell you how to get a key. The Free edition stays free.
• A key is made for one computer, identified by its Device ID. Please do not share keys. If you change computers, email us and we will issue a new key.
• When a key ends, the app returns to the Free edition. Files you created remain yours.
• When a key ends, email us to ask about a new one.

Cancelled keys and support

We may cancel a key that was shared or issued by mistake; a cancelled key stops working the next time the app is online. If Pro does not work on your computer, email kneelq@gmail.com with your key ID (it looks like NQ-ABC123).

Your files and your responsibility

The app processes your files on your own computer. You are responsible for having the right to edit the pictures, videos and documents you use, and for checking results before you rely on them. Outputs such as cut-outs, subtitles and recognised text can contain mistakes.

No guarantee

The app is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid, if any.

Open-source software

The app includes open-source components under their own licences, listed inside the app under About & licenses.
