We would rather be precise than say "100% offline". The app does your work on your PC, and needs the internet only for the few things below.
Windows may also reach the internet for its own reasons, such as updates. That is outside this app.

Email us to get a key. One PC per key.
At the bottom of the left menu, click Free edition · Get Pro. It shows your Device ID, which looks like 1A2B-3C4D-5E6F-7A8B.
Email it to us and ask about Pro. We reply with how to get your key and send it once it is arranged.
Paste it into the same window and press Activate. Activating needs no internet, and the key is tied to your PC.

The app is not code-signed yet, so Windows may say "Windows protected your PC". Click More info, then Run anyway. The app unpacks itself on every start, so wait for the launch screen.

Hi, I am Neil. I built NQ All-in-1 MediaTool for people who need everyday photo, video and document jobs done, like online sellers, students and freelancers, without uploading their files or paying for five different tools.

Your files are processed on your PC and are never uploaded, and the converters, compressors, OCR and PDF tools need no internet at all. A few AI tools download their engine once the first time you use them, and the app checks for cancelled Pro keys when you happen to be online. The "Offline" section above lists every case.
Very good on people, pets and products: on our benchmark of photos with a clear subject, none of the cut-outs failed. It is weaker on glass, smoke and very fine leaves, and it warns you when a photo looks like that. The Refine brush lets you fix the rest by hand.
The key unlocks the Pro tools and removes the daily limits. It is made for your PC's Device ID, so it will not work on another computer. If you replace your PC, email us and we will issue a new key.
The app goes back to Free. Everything you made stays yours. Email us to ask about a new key.
